Frequently Asked Questions

You can register at any time! Classes run on a month-to-month subscription plan so you can join whenever it works for your schedule. 

Your first payment will be pro-rated based on how many classes are left in that month, then the following month your card will automatically be charged for a full month of classes. Fees have been averaged over the full year so they remain the same whether there are 3, 4, or 5 classes that month.

We love seeing everyone in class but we know that life happens and schedules change! If you need to unenrol you can do that here through your parent portal. If you have trouble with that you can email us at info@preludesaskatoon.com before the last day of the month so we don't process your payment for the following month (so if you want to end classes at the end of April let us know before April 30th). There are no cancellation fees of any kind.

If you miss one of your usual classes you are welcome to join us for a makeup class! To book your make-up online, sign into your parent portal and click on “My Account” then “Make-ups for Currently Enrolled Families”. That will bring you to a list of classes to choose from. Click on the one you want and you’re all set!

You should have received an email immediately after registering. If you don't see it in your inbox please check your spam folder (and then mark it as "not spam" or "safe").

Go to your parent portal to set up your account (make sure you use the same email you used when you registered for class). Then either search your App Store for "Kindermusik" or scan the QR code on the door at class to put the app on your mobile device. When you log in you'll have access to all of the music and books that we use in class as well as tons of extras!
